Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using 318i's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 318i platform, you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using this platform immediately.
These terms apply to all 318i users without exception, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered members with active accounts, and any party accessing the platform through the 318i mobile app. This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using 318i's services.
Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We therefore encourage users to review this page from time to time.

Account Creation, Responsibilities and Security
Registration and User Information
Each user is permitted only one active account at any time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. 318i reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping the information in your profile up to date. Any inaccuracies that result in loss or harm to other parties or to 318i will be borne entirely by the account holder.
Password and Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your 318i account password and login credentials confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. 318i will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 318i's support team immediately via live chat or email [email protected] for prompt action.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
318i users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and not for any illegal activities. You are not permitted to:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or other methods to access the platform without authorisation;
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain;
- Committing fraud, identity impersonation or providing false information during the registration or verification process;
- Transferring funds between accounts with the intent to manipulate the bonus or promotions system;
- Disrupting the security or integrity of the platform through cyberattacks, data breaches, or malicious activities;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of account balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary. 318i reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent activities.
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
Deposits & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 318i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay and local bank transfers. The minimum deposit is RM10 for DuitNow and GrabPay, and RM20 for standard bank transfers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and not from unauthorised third parties. 318i reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected to originate from an illegitimate source, without prior notice.
Withdrawals and Fund Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method selected. 318i reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. All withdrawals will be credited only to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name.
Any attempt to transfer funds to an unverified third-party account will be automatically declined. 318i is not liable for processing delays caused by third-party banking systems or circumstances beyond our control.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
318i Liability Limits
318i shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, technical failures or third-party actions. 318i's maximum liability to any user at any time shall be equivalent to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
318i reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, system abuse, or at the request of law enforcement authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any balance accumulated through activities that breached these terms.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 318i support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 318i platform — including logos, designs, text, images, source code, and software — is the exclusive property of 318i and is protected under copyright laws applicable in Malaysia. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 318i.
Third-Party Links
The 318i platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 318i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
318i reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
